This page explains payment for orders placed with Name Lifestyle, operated by Er Lab INC.
Payment choices at checkout
We accept the following payment cards: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Elo, JCB, Mastercard, UnionPay, Visa. Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Venmo are also available where supported by your device, browser and account.
The options available for your order are shown at checkout before you confirm the purchase.
How payments are handled
Card payments are processed through Shopify Payments. Wallet payments use the selected provider. We do not store full card numbers or payment credentials on our servers; the checkout and payment providers handle them under their security requirements.
Checkout uses SSL/TLS encryption.
Currency and the order total
Prices are in US Dollars (USD). The product charges, shipping charges and applicable sales tax are displayed before you confirm payment. Standard shipping within our delivery area is free, with no minimum order.
After a successful payment
Your order confirmation is sent by email. Check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes; contact support@namelifestyle.com if you still cannot find it.
If payment is declined
Check your billing information, available funds and any restrictions set by your bank or card issuer. You may try another payment method shown at checkout. If the problem continues, contact your bank or email our support team.
